Are you married?
Not long after I settled down at my desk in the morning, a colleague walked pass and out of the blue blurted out the question. I raised my left hand, and show it to her. She got the message and pointed at her ringless finger before giving a grin.
3rd day of work, another colleague asked if I was attached before being ‘chided’ by another for being nosey. To ask if I am attached is more like a social ‘kapo’ question, which is fine, but to ask if I am married? Woah.
Thankfully she didn’t ask if I had any kids.

There are a number of guys at Nestle who are already married, and they are only in their mid or late twenties. Probably that’s why she thought I am as well.
Weird. Can’t imagine myself settling down at 25. If its God’s will, fine. If not, nah…. Mid twenties is too young! At least 28, never below it.
