How to fast forward the working days to the weekends 101

By sleeping early! For most working adults, after work, they usually head home; too zonk out to do anything else. If you can minimize the time that you are consciously awake, before you know it, the weekends are here!

Why? We have 24 hours a day. We spend at least 8 hours at work, an hour on lunch, about an hour or 2 traveling to and from work. By the time you are done with dinner and shower, it is usually about 8 odd to 9 on average. Instead of turning in at 11, trying doing so at 10. Yes, it is rather early, agreed. But, but going to bed an hour or 2 earlier then usual, we will reduce the time that we are consciously awake by 5 – 10 hours! That means that the weekends will be here 5 – 10 hours earlier than usual!

A 5 day work week has 120 hours. An average person sleeps about 6 hours a day, meaning that he is consciously awake for 90 hours. However, if he sleeps 8 hours a day, he will only be consciously awake for 80 hours! This means that, instead of having to spend 3.75 days consciously awake before the weekend comes, he only have to wait 3.33 days! So if a person can afford to sleep 10 hours day, he will only have to wait 2.92 days!

So if you want to speed up ahead to the weekends, start by sleeping early! Not to mention the benefits of having sufficient rest.
